1. Exclusive Photography Rights: If another photography team is hired to photograph the event, the contract will be immediately canceled.
2. Session Duration: Each session of candid and traditional photo/video coverage will span 5-6 hours of work time.
3. Travel and Accommodation: The client will arrange travel and accommodation for the team.
4. Respect and Well-being of Team Members: We value the well-being and dignity of our team members and expect our clients to do the same. If any team member is subjected to any form of disrespect by the client or their representatives, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without any liability.
5. Payment Terms:
– The full payment must be made on the day of the wedding. Any delay in payment will result in a delay in the delivery of the promised outputs.
– All original data will be delivered only after 100% payment.
– A 10% late fee applies to delayed payments.
6. Postponement Due to Government Guidelines: If the wedding or shoot is postponed due to government guidelines, the advance amount will be carried forward to new dates.
7. Project On Hold: If the client puts the project on hold for one month from the event/wedding date, THE BIG DAY by chai will not be responsible for any data loss. Clients should collect the original data within this timeline.
8. Client Feedback:
– Clients are encouraged to share suggestions or feedback within 3 days after the delivery of edited photos and videos.
– Timely adjustments will be made within this period; changes beyond this timeframe may take longer and could incur additional charges based on our availability.
9. Data Transfer: Clients must provide an SSD for original data transfer due to its superior reliability and speed.
10. Data Handling and Loss:
– Your original data is precious, capturing emotions and joyous moments. We prioritize its careful handling.
– In the rare event of data loss, we offer a re-copying service at Rs. 29,999/-, ensuring your memories last a lifetime.

No Cancellation or Refunds: Once the contract is finalized and the booking payment is received, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or reductions will be made for canceled events. Event add-ons are subject to team availability on the day of the event.
Postponement Policy
Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, a fee of 25,000 INR or 15% of the total bill amount, whichever is less, will be charged.
1. Confirmation Payment: 20% (Due at the time of booking).
2. Milestone Payment: 30% (Due 30 days before the big day or on the engagement day, even if the engagement is 3 months prior).
3. Big Day Payment: 50% (Due on the big day to ensure smooth operations).
4. Final Payment: For travel, stay, and any add-ons (Due at the time of original data delivery).
1) Couples will get a set of pictures on same day (Limited to wedding event).
2) ORIGINAL DATA will be delivered within 15 days from the last day of shoot.
3) Edited Photos, Videos & Albums will be delivered within selected delivery period.
5) Couple needs to provide a SSD(Solid State Drive) for the collection of ORIGINAL data, agency will not be liable for any kind of DATA LOSS after one months from the Big day date.
1) The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.
2) Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing to the agency (THE BIG DAY by chai) and settlement has not been made, the Agency will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.
3) As the agency holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, it can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purpose.
