Exclusive Photography Rights
If another photography team is hired to photograph the event, the contract will be immediately cancelled.
Session Duration
Each session of candid and traditional photo/video coverage will span 5-6 hours of work time.
Travel and Accommodation
The client will arrange travel and accommodation for the team.
Respect and Well-being of Team Members
We value the well-being and dignity of our team members and expect our clients to do the same. If any team member is subjected to any form of disrespect by the client or their representatives, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without any liability.
Payment Terms
The full payment must be made one week prior your wedding. Any delay in payment will result in a delay in the delivery of the promised outputs.
All original data will be delivered only after 100% payment.
Postponement Due to Government Guidelines
If the wedding or shoot is postponed due to government guidelines, the advance amount will be carried forward to new dates.
Project On Hold
If the client puts the project on hold for one month from the event/wedding date, THE BIG DAY by chai will not be responsible for any data loss. Clients should collect the original data within this timeline.
Client Feedback
Clients are encouraged to share suggestions or feedback on same day after the delivery of edited photos and videos.
Timely adjustments will be made within this period; changes beyond this timeframe may take longer and could incur additional charges based on our availability.
Data Transfer
Clients must provide an SSD for original data transfer due to its superior reliability and speed.
Data Handling and Loss
Your original data is precious, capturing emotions and joyous moments. We prioritize its careful handling.
In the rare event of data loss, we offer a re-copying service at Rs. 29,999/-, ensuring your memories last a lifetime.
Once the contract is finalized and the booking payment is received, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or reductions will be made for canceled events. Event add-ons are subject to team availability on the day of the event.
More than 30 Days Notice:
If the event is postponed with more than 30 days’ notice, the full amount will be carried forward to the new date.
Less than 30 Days Notice:
If the event is postponed within 30 days of the scheduled date, an additional 10-15% of the total bill may be charged.
The contract amount mentioned in the Build Your Quote is Exclusive of GST.
Confirmation Payment: 30% (Due at the time of booking).
Milestone Payment: 40% (Due 30 days before the big day).
Big Day Payment: 30% (Due 1 week prior your BigDay to ensure smooth operations).
Final Payment: For travel, stay, and any add-ons (Due at the time of original data delivery).
The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.
Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing to the agency (THE BIG DAY by chai) and settlement has not been made, the Agency will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.
As the agency holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, it can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purpose.
